Information collected
We may collect your name, business email address, company, the content of your message, the page from which you contacted us and related technical security records. Our hosting provider may also process IP address, request, device and diagnostic data in server logs.
Sources of personal data
We receive data directly from you when you submit a form or contact us, and automatically from the systems needed to deliver and secure the website. We do not intentionally obtain special-category data through this website; please do not include it in a contact message.
Purposes and legal bases
We process contact and heat-assessment requests to respond to you, take steps at your request before a possible contract and manage a prospective business relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process limited website-security, fraud-prevention and B2B correspondence data for our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We process data where necessary to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional analytics is used only after consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which may be withdrawn at any time.
Required and optional data
Fields marked as required are needed for us to receive and respond to the inquiry. If they are not provided, the form cannot be submitted. Other fields are optional.
Recipients and sharing
Data may be accessed by authorized Brenmiller Europe personnel and by service providers supporting website hosting, security, communications, professional advice and business operations. We use Netlify for website hosting and form infrastructure. We may disclose data when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate supplementary safeguards. You may request information about the applicable safeguard by contacting us.
Retention
Website contact submissions are normally deleted from the website system 12 months after receipt. If an inquiry develops into a business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained for the duration of that relationship and applicable statutory limitation, accounting or legal periods. Security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security and operational schedules.
Your GDPR rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable limitations, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain, through the channels at https://www.aepd.es/. You may also contact the supervisory authority in the EU Member State where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred.
Automated decision-making
The website does not use submitted contact data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children through the contact form.
